1. Bought ebooks from eBay
2. Bought PLR articles (public label rights) from eBay
3. Combined a PLR article and an ebook and added further
information from online sources to create my own unique ebook
Now what I wanted was an attractive cover for the ebook. I design all my ebook covers using software called e Cover Engineer,
I got hold of my copy from here: http://www.adolix.com/ecover-
And is also available from here:

This is a great piece of software that enabled me to create a
professional looking ebook cover ... and this is important, because
from testing, I've found that including an ebook cover increases
sales of your product substantially.
Next I had to write the sales letter for the ebook.
Now, I don't know whether you have any experience in writing sales literature ... I've been doing it for 10 years and I can tell you forget what people say of how difficult it is, or that you need a certain skill in writing ... I use a very simple process in writing my sales letters ... and it works for me every time.
A sales letter is made up these elements:
1. A compelling benefits loaded headline
2. More benefits, what it will do, change of life, make things easy
etc
3. A little bit about the product
4. Call to action - asking for the sale
And that's it! Simply follow these 4 points and you'll write a good sales letter.
Points 1 and 2 are the most important, so spend most of your time getting these right.
A thought I always keep in mind when writing a sales letter is that, by nature, people don't like to be sold to, so don't start banging on about how good your ebook is, all people are interested in is : "how will it change my life."
So, with my ebook on home schooling, my headline was:
"Jimmy walked through the door, put the keys to his BMW on the table, gave Mum a hello kiss, and began to show his parents around the brand new house he'd just moved into ... ... It had been 2 years since Jimmy passed all his exams, and if it wasn't for the extra home schooling, none of this could have happened ...."
Get the idea.
Remember, you'll be creating a number of these ebooks.... So the sooner you give sales letter writing a go the better.
