How To Make £100 Minimum From A Simple Blog Or Website ... And You Can Create 10+ Of These Per Week!
Part One.
This is an easy method that I use all the time to earn £100 - £500 per week from 1 - 2 hours work.
Here's what I do:
1. I create a blog for a niche - I'll give you the niches in a minute.
2. I find PLR (public label rights - copyright free) for the niche subject blog
3. I then paste the PLR as posts on my blog over a 2 week period
4. I add Google adsense to the blog
5. I look for a couple of Clickbank products that are associated with the blog and have their links on the blog with my hop link (affiliate code) included.
6. I create an email capture and offer some free information in exchange for an email address - I use www.aweber.com
7. I promote the blog using www.socialmarker.com that sends my blog information to the most popular social networks.
8. I also use some of the blog posts as articles and publish them at www.ezinearticles.com
9. After a couple of weeks, I then list the blog for sale and inform my list that the blog is for sale. I usually set it at a BIN (buy it now) price of £100.00, - although I do accept bids for some blogs and I've sold some for over £500.00.
It takes 1 hour to create a blog, and I simply post the PLR information each day which takes about 10 mins.
Just creating a couple of these a week helps pay the weekly bills.
Another method - which again I use - is to buy the resell master rights for an ebook (this means I can sell the product with resell rights to others), then create a simple website, include a paypal "Buy It Now" button, promote it using PPC to create a few sales, and then list the site for sale.

So what niches should you be concentrating on?

So what niches should you be concentrating on?
Well, the best ones are these:
Success, Self Improvement, Wealth Creation
Weight Loss, Health
Credit cards, credit, loans
Bankruptcy
Insurance
Dating
It is best to dig further within the niche.
So use the Google tool: https://adwords.google.com/
For example, under the niche Weight Loss, you could concentrate on reducing fat on your arms - known as bingo wings - which is always a worry for a lot of woman.
Once you've picked your niche, select 10 - 15 keywords that have between 1,000 and 10,000 competing pages within Google.
Simply Google your keyword [use brackets] and see how many pages are listed.
Once you have your keywords, you are all set to create your blog or website.
Try to include your keywords throughout your blog or website as much as possible - but don't over do it!
